How do I change my User Name?

User Name, as well as other settings of your Banking IDentity can be easily managed in your internet banking  (Settings > Profile> User Name) or directly in the IDentity Manager.

In order to change your User Name:

1. Log into George internet banking 
2. Continue to the Settings > Profile> User Name and click on the Change button
3. You will get to the User Details section.
4. Press the Modify information button.
5. Enter your new User Name to the User Name field and click on the Save button.
6. Confirm the change with your security method in line with instructions on the screen.
7. User Name is changed! Use it at every subsequent login to George internet banking and to other applications.
