What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Block your debit card immediately:

a) If you have this service arranged, log in to internet banking and block your card.

b) By telephone

• Call 800 207 207 (the ČS information line) if in the Czech Republic
• If you are abroad call +420 956 777 901 or one these numbers:
  Telefónica O2: +420 726 111 144
  T-Mobile: +420 605 661 144
  Vodafone: +420 776 991 144

The above lines are available 24/7. When you ask us to block your card you will receive a ’blocking code‘ as evidence that you have reported the loss/theft of your card.
