What do I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your Banking IDentity password for logging in to George internet banking, you can reactivate it using a Activation code.
To reset the password:
- Enter your User Name on the login page.
- Enter any password three times.
- When the security method blocking message appears, press the “Unblock in IDentity Manager“ button.
- Choose the “Password+SMS” option in the displayed list.
- Enter a valid Activation Code.
- Copy the Control Code sent via SMS to your security phone number.
- Choose a new password.
